A condom is also highly recommended, to protect yourself against the bacteria that inhabit the anus. However, many people find not wearing a condom to contribute to the excitement of anal sex. If you are not going to wear a condom, make sure you have throughly cleaned your zone.

It i also important that you use lubricant when engaging in anal sex. Unlike the vagina, the anus does not produce its own natural lubricant. You shouldn’t use any old lubricant either, if you cannot get hold of any specialist anal lube, I would recommend using an oil-based lubricant. Whatever you do, do not use petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline) as this will remain in the anus for days unless it is throughly soaped out.

Lastly be gentle, you beast! Especially if you are well endowed. The tissue toward the end of the anus is very fragile and can cause severe pain and injury if damaged.
