Oils and fatty acids are essential for a healthy balanced diet..

Or so i seem to have in my head. What media techniques..etc have been used to instil this idea, true or false, into me, i do not know, only that i am parroting it with no footing to base such a claim.

Anyway.. for those of you who do not smoke, and wish to ingest cannabis in a taste free, clean and efficient mannor, this might be of some use to you:

1. Put some oil, any oil, into a pan. Place your bud, need not be crumbled, into the oil and heat middle of the range for a few minutes. Stiring with a spoon and mashing the bud.

*Note: If you are planning to make a high concentration oil, you can remove the bud, and put in more. The oil will eventually turn almost cloudy with dissolved goodness from the bud. The plants THC and psychedelic goodness breaks bonds with the plans, and joins up with the oil to form a very fine sediement in the oil. Any reasonable amount and this will be unnoticable

2. Slice up some onions and place them in the simmering oil, stir occasionally until starting to golden.

3. Slice up some mushrooms and stir in, ensure they are cooked throughout.

4. Add some pasta sauce to the wok, and ensure the pasta is all boiling and happy. Keep stiring the pasta and sauce, ensuring that the sauce is not boiling to vigoriously and going to burn the pan, or splash away any of that precious oil.

5. Once the pasta is cooked, usualy between 7-13 mins depending on which pasta variety, you should then add them together, and mix well, making sure that the oil in the wok has given everything a thin coat.

6. Empty the mixed contents onto a plate which will allow for you to easily mop up with bread after. The most critical issue here is that the oil is valuable, and covers everything, and you need to make sure you take full advantage of every last drop. So follow this technique: Get 1 slice of bread, and break in half. Use half for mopping round the wok and the spood you stired with. Save the other half for now, you will use this to clear the plate and spoon after its been eaten.

7. Eat all the food apart from your other slice of bread, once the plate is clean, use this to wipe the remaing oil from the plate and then eat. Finally, feeling satisfied you could have done nothing better to retrieve all the oil.. within reason.
